Collecting your parcel from the godown
- • Take a photo ID and the LR number. The transporter will not release the parcel without the LR number.
- • Freight is paid by you to the transporter when you collect the parcel. Keep the freight amount in cash — most godowns do not accept UPI.
- • Check the carton count against the LR before you leave, and photograph the parcel if the carton looks damaged.
- • Shortage or breakage claims must reach us within 24 hours of collection, with photos.
